This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 52.55

प्रभया पूरयत्य् एष स्वशरीरसमुच्छ्रया ।
तपोवनम् इदं सर्वं उदयन्न् इव भास्करो ॥ ५५ ॥

prabhayā pūrayaty eṣa svaśarīrasamucchrayā |
tapovanam idaṃ sarvaṃ udayann iva bhāskaro || 55 ||

“With the radiance that flows from his entire body he fills all this grove of penance like the rising sun. (55)
