This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 52.3

मुसारगल्वमुक्ताहि मणिलोहितकाहि च ।
चित्रा सुसंस्कृता भूमि न चात्रोद्वायते रजः ॥ ३ ॥

musāragalvamuktāhi maṇilohitakāhi ca |
citrā susaṃskṛtā bhūmi na cātrodvāyate rajaḥ || 3 ||

Well-fashioned is the floor thereof, and bright with crystal and pearl and crimson gem, and no dust can be raised from it. (3)
