This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 51.17

मुक्तो चम्पको नागो काशिराजानं भाषति ।
नमो ते काशिनां राज नमो ते काशिवर्धन ।
अंजलिन् ते प्रगृह्णामि पश्य राज मो निवेशनं ॥ १७ ॥

mukto campako nāgo kāśirājānaṃ bhāṣati |
namo te kāśināṃ rāja namo te kāśivardhana |
aṃjalin te pragṛhṇāmi paśya rāja mo niveśanaṃ || 17 ||

Honour to you, O king of Kashi, honour to you who bring increase to Kashi. I salute you. Come, O king, and see my abode. (17)
