This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 48.6

मातुःस्वसा अवच कांचनराशिवर्ण पश्यामि पुत्र सुपिने ऋषभं सुजातं ।
श्वेतं सुचारुककुभं अतिरिक्तशृंगं शृण्गारसंस्थितगतिं प्रतिपूर्णदेहं ॥ ६ ॥

mātuḥsvasā avaca kāṃcanarāśivarṇa paśyāmi putra supine ṛṣabhaṃ sujātaṃ |
śvetaṃ sucārukakubhaṃ atiriktaśṛṃgaṃ śṛṇgārasaṃsthitagatiṃ pratipūrṇadehaṃ || 6 ||

His aunt said, “My boy, who art beautiful as a mass of gold, in my dream I saw a noble buu, white, with an exceeding lovely hump, with an extra horn, whose very motion spoke of love, and it was sleek of body. (6)
