This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 30.17

ततो तासां च्यवित्वान देवकन्या महर्द्धिका ।
राज्ञो कृकिस्य भार्याय कुक्षिस्मिं उपपद्यि ऽथ ॥ १७ ॥

tato tāsāṃ cyavitvāna devakanyā maharddhikā |
rājño kṛkisya bhāryāya kukṣismiṃ upapadyi 'tha || 17 ||

Then when she, the glorious deva maiden, passed away hence, she appeared in the womb of King Kriki’s wife. (17)
