This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 27.80

एतावती अर्थवती एषा मह्यानुशासनी ।
तं सर्वम् ओग्रहीत्वान एवं कुरुहि पार्थिव ॥ ८० ॥

etāvatī arthavatī eṣā mahyānuśāsanī |
taṃ sarvam ograhītvāna evaṃ kuruhi pārthiva || 80 ||

“Such is my salutary counsel. Do you, O king, accept it fully, and act in accordance with it. (80)
