This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 27.77

धर्मं चर महाराज श्रमणे ब्राह्मणे तथा ।
इह धर्मं चरित्वान राजा स्वर्गं गमिष्यति ।
धर्मं चर महाराज पुरे जानपदेषु च ॥ ७७ ॥

dharmaṃ cara mahārāja śramaṇe brāhmaṇe tathā |
iha dharmaṃ caritvāna rājā svargaṃ gamiṣyati |
dharmaṃ cara mahārāja pure jānapadeṣu ca || 77 ||

“Do the right by recluse and brahman, O great king, for the king who has walked in righteousness in this world goes to heaven. (77)
