This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 26.55

भयचेतना नास्ति विहेष्ठना वा प्राणेषु सो गच्छति अप्रतिघो भगवान् ।
सर्वेहि भूतेहि निवापषण्डं भगवता हरितशाद्वलं निर्मितं ॥ ५५ ॥

bhayacetanā nāsti viheṣṭhanā vā prāṇeṣu so gacchati apratigho bhagavān |
sarvehi bhūtehi nivāpaṣaṇḍaṃ bhagavatā haritaśādvalaṃ nirmitaṃ || 55 ||

“The Exalted One can walk over beings without striking against them. He inspires them with no fear nor causes them harm. The Exalted One makes the green fields bear plenteous crops for all creatures.” (55)
