This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 24.16

सो मे बुद्धो वियाकार्षीत् मङ्गलो लोकनायको ।
अपरिमेये इतो कल्पे बुद्धो लोके भविष्यसि ।
शाक्यानां नगरे रम्ये स्फीते कपिलवसाह्वये ॥ १६ ॥

so me buddho viyākārṣīt maṅgalo lokanāyako |
aparimeye ito kalpe buddho loke bhaviṣyasi |
śākyānāṃ nagare ramye sphīte kapilavasāhvaye || 16 ||

He, Mangala, the Buddha, the Guide of the world, proclaimed of me, “In an immeasurable kalpa hence you will become a Buddha in the world, in the happy flourishing city of the Shakyans, Kapilavastu. (16)
