This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 23.38

एषो मेघो भवता एकान्तसुभाषितोच्छ्रितध्वजेन ।
दीपंकरेण मुनिना व्याकृतो भविष्यसि जिनो तुवं ॥ ३८ ॥

eṣo megho bhavatā ekāntasubhāṣitocchritadhvajena |
dīpaṃkareṇa muninā vyākṛto bhaviṣyasi jino tuvaṃ || 38 ||

The Exalted One who carries high the banner of the unique good news, the sage Dipamkara, has foretold of this Megha, “You will become a Conqueror. (38)
