This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 21.87

ऊर्णा उष्णीष शीर्षं च नाथो द्वात्रिंशलक्षणो ।
ते दानि ब्राह्मणा राज्ञा अर्चिमेन उच्यन्ति ॥ ८७ ॥

ūrṇā uṣṇīṣa śīrṣaṃ ca nātho dvātriṃśalakṣaṇo |
te dāni brāhmaṇā rājñā arcimena ucyanti || 87 ||

Between his eyebrows he has a hairy mole. His head is shaped like a royal turban. Such is the saviour with the thirty-two marks of excellence. Then King Arcimat asked the brahmans... (87)
