This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 21.76

संविद्यन्ते इमानि अस्माकं आसनप्रधानानि ।
आस्तां ताव भवन्तो अस्माकम् अनुग्रहार्थाय ॥ ७६ ॥

saṃvidyante imāni asmākaṃ āsanapradhānāni |
āstāṃ tāva bhavanto asmākam anugrahārthāya || 76 ||

“Here are our most honourable seats. Pray be seated at once, sirs, to give pleasure to us.” (76)
