This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 19.105

महाजनं निमन्त्रेत्वा बहुं च शूद्रब्राह्मणां ।
यो बुभुक्षायम् आनेति कृत्वा कारानिबन्धनं ॥ १०५ ॥

mahājanaṃ nimantretvā bahuṃ ca śūdrabrāhmaṇāṃ |
yo bubhukṣāyam āneti kṛtvā kārānibandhanaṃ || 105 ||

And so with regard to whosoever invited a crowd of any people from shudras to brahmans, and then clapped them in prison and let them starve. (105)
