This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 18.83

साधु ते देवगन्धर्वा पिबन्ति मधुरां गिरां ।
साध्व् इहाप्रतिमं चक्रं प्रवर्तसि अनुवर्तिकं ॥ ८३ ॥

sādhu te devagandharvā pibanti madhurāṃ girāṃ |
sādhv ihāpratimaṃ cakraṃ pravartasi anuvartikaṃ || 83 ||

Hail! The Gandharva devas imbibe thy sweet music. Hail! Here thou settest rolling the irresistible wheel of dharma that obeys thy command. (83)
