This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 17.4

का दानि शीलसंवरे एवं नारी रता उपशमे च ।
अग्रकुलीना सुवचा त्यागरुचिमार्दववती च ॥ ४ ॥

kā dāni śīlasaṃvare evaṃ nārī ratā upaśame ca |
agrakulīnā suvacā tyāgarucimārdavavatī ca || 4 ||

“What woman is there who rejoices in moral restraint and in calm, who is of noble birth, of gentle speech, who is generous, radiant, and tender? (4)
