This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 7.60

प्रलम्बबाहुं वशिभूतं काश्यपो इदम् अब्रवीत् ।
गृध्रकूटस्य शिखरे निर्मिणे वसुधां लघुं ॥ ६० ॥

pralambabāhuṃ vaśibhūtaṃ kāśyapo idam abravīt |
gṛdhrakūṭasya śikhare nirmiṇe vasudhāṃ laghuṃ || 60 ||

To the holy Pralambabahu Kashyapa said, “Create at once an arena on the summit of Mount Gridhrakuta. (60)
