rājā śreṇiyo bimbisāro bhagavato anuyānaṃ karoti rājagṛhāto vaiśālim āgacchantasyeti // śrutvā ca punaḥ yāva ca vaiśālī yāva ca gaṅgātīrthaṃ vaiśālakānāṃ lecchavīnāṃ vijitam atrāntare mārgaṃ pratijāgraṃsu aṣṭapadasamam aviṣamaṃ pāṇitalajātaṃ siktasaṃmṛṣṭaṃ muktapuṣpāvakīrṇaṃ vitatavitānaṃ citraduṣyaparikṣiptaṃ osaktapaṭṭadāmakalāpaṃ dhūpitadhūpanaṃ // deśadeśehi ca naṭanartana-ṛllamallapāṇisvaryā sthāpayensu / ardhayojanikena ca antareṇa maṇḍapasaṃvidhānaṃ ca kārayensu śayyāsanasaṃvidhānaṃ ca pānīyasaṃvidhānaṃ ca bhaktasaṃvidhānaṃ ca bhagavataḥ saśrāvakasaṃghasya // abhyantaravaiśālīto caturaśīti rathasahasrāṇi yojāpayitvā dvecaturaśīti rathasahasrāṇi yojāpayitvā savaijayantikāni sanandighoṣāṇi sapuṣpamālāni sacchatradhvajapatākāni prabhūtaṃ ca gandhamālyam ādāya svakasvakāni bhadrāṇi yānāny abhiruhitvā mahatā rājānubhāvena mahatā rāja-ṛddhīye mahato janakāyasya hakkārahikkārabherīmṛdaṃgamarupaṇavaśaṃkhasanninādena vaiśalīto nagarāto niryātā bhagavantaṃ pratyudgacchensu yāvad gaṅgātīrthaṃ bhagavataḥ pūjārthaṃ // teṣāṃ pi taṃ evaṃ saṃvidhānarūpaṃ abhūṣi // santy atra lecchavayaḥ nīlāśvā nīlarathā nīlaraśmipratodā nīlayaṣṭī nīlavastrā nīlālaṃkārā nīla-uṣṇīṣā nīlacchatrā nīlakhaḍgamaṇipādukavālavyaṃjanāḥ // tatra idam iti ucyate //
