Chapter 1c - The Zur Geneology (xviii): Chos kyi seng ge of skyi

His disciple, known as chos kyi seng ge of skyi became very learned, and attained spiritual realization.

He (rngo thog pa) visited the Mongol Emperor. The Emperor se chen (Qubilai) behaved towards him in a high handed manner, and ordered him to be placed inside a stūpa, the entrance of which was closed. When at the end of the year, they opened the door and looked inside the stūpa, they found him transformed into an image of Vajrakīla (rdo rje phur bu). This caused great amazement. The Emperor then bestowed on rngo thug pa large presents of costly silks, etc. He also owned much land given to him by Imperial command.[1]
