This series basically paints a specific picture by telling a clear and provable story of relationship between Theosophy and mostly western civilization for the last few thousand years -- but mostly for the last 2,000 years, the Christian era. By the way, the last article in the series is also about Thomas Paine, and has the same title as the first one.
