The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

धीराः कार्पण्यमायान्ति कृपणा यान्ति धीरताम् ।
परिस्फुरन्ति भूतानि पातोत्पातशतभ्रमैः ॥ ५३ ॥

dhīrāḥ kārpaṇyamāyānti kṛpaṇā yānti dhīratām |
parisphuranti bhūtāni pātotpātaśatabhramaiḥ || 53 ||

The opulent are reduced to indigence, and the indigent are raised to affluence; and all beings are seen to be rising and falling in a hundred ways.
