The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वैबुधं तत्परित्यज्य नभस्येव शरीरकम् ।
भूताकाशमथासाद्य वसुधायां व्यजायत ॥ ५७ ॥
vaibudhaṃ tatparityajya nabhasyeva śarīrakam |
bhūtākāśamathāsādya vasudhāyāṃ vyajāyata || 57 ||
Being bereft of his aerial and celestial body, he passed through the atmospheric air, and was born again on earth in a human figure.
