The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पूर्वं रजोणुनैकेन संविष्टच्छन्नमस्तकाम् ।
कृतार्थत्वं कथयतीं ददतान्यस्य नास्पदम् ॥ ५ ॥

pūrvaṃ rajoṇunaikena saṃviṣṭacchannamastakām |
kṛtārthatvaṃ kathayatīṃ dadatānyasya nāspadam || 5 ||

She was content with covering her head under the particles of dust, and did not like to change her state for a better fortune.
