अहंभावस्य देहेऽस्मिन्निःशेषविलयावधि ।
सावधानेन युक्तात्मा स्वाध्यासापनयं कुरु ॥ २८४ ॥

ahaṃbhāvasya dehe'sminniḥśeṣavilayāvadhi |
sāvadhānena yuktātmā svādhyāsāpanayaṃ kuru || 284 ||

284. Until the identification with this body is completely rooted out, do away with thy superimposition with watchfulness and a concentrated mind.
