Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation of verse 2.127cd:

शब्दो वाप्यभिजल्पत्वमागतो याति वाच्यताम् ॥ १२७ ॥

śabdo vāpyabhijalpatvamāgato yāti vācyatām || 127 ||

127(cd). Or the word itself, when it becomes the abhijalpa, is its meaning.
