सर्वप्रवृत्तिहेतूंश्च यस्माद्ब्रह्मविदश्नुते ।
कामान्ब्रह्मविदस्तस्मान्न प्रवृत्तिरहेतुतः ॥ १२४ ॥
sarvapravṛttihetūṃśca yasmādbrahmavidaśnute |
kāmānbrahmavidastasmānna pravṛttirahetutaḥ || 124 ||
English translation of verse 2.124:
Since the knower of Brahman has fulfilled all desires which are the cause of all activities, there is no pursuit of activity to the knower of Brahman, as there is no cause (for activity).
