The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.2.17; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथा —
प्रभुर् अयम् अखिलैर् गुणैर् गरीयान्
इह तुलनाम् अपरः प्रयाति नास्य ।
इति परिणत-निर्णयेन नम्रान्
हित-चरितान् हरि-सेवकान् भजध्वम् ॥३.२.१७॥

yathā —
prabhur ayam akhilair guṇair garīyān
iha tulanām aparaḥ prayāti nāsya
|
iti pariṇata-nirṇayena namrān
hita-caritān hari-sevakān bhajadhvam
||3.2.17||

English translation

An example:
“Please worship the servants of the Lord, who are engaged in others’ benefit, and who are humble because they understand that their Lord is the most excellent in all qualities and has no equal.”
