The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.4.134; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

संशयात्, यथा —
असौ किं तापिञ्छो न हि तद्-अमल-श्रीर् इह गतिः
पयोदः किं वामं न यद् इह निरङ्गो हिमकरः ।
जगन्-मोहारम्भोद्धूर-मधुर-वंशी-ध्वनिर् इतो
ध्रुवं मूर्धन्य् अद्रेर् विधुमुखि मुकुन्दो विहरति ॥२.४.१३४॥saṃśayāt, yathā —
asau kiṃ tāpiñcho na hi tad-amala-śrīr iha gatiḥ
payodaḥ kiṃ vāmaṃ na yad iha niraṅgo himakaraḥ |
jagan-mohārambhoddhūra-madhura-vaṃśī-dhvanir ito
dhruvaṃ mūrdhany adrer vidhumukhi mukundo viharati ||2.4.134||
English translation
Vitarka arising from doubt:
“Is that a tamāla tree? It cannot be, for why would it be endowed with such pure, clear movements? Is it a cloud? No, it cannot be, for a spotless moon is residing there. O moon-faced one! It seems that Mukunda, who can enchant the universe with the sound of His flute, is certainly wandering on top of Govardhana Hill.”
