The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.1.246; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation:

वैष्णव-तन्त्रे’पि —
अष्टादश-महा-दोषै रहिता भगवत्-तनुः ।
सर्वैश्वर्यमयी सत्य-विज्ञानानन्द-रूपिणी ॥२.१.२४६॥

vaiṣṇava-tantre’pi —
aṣṭādaśa-mahā-doṣai rahitā bhagavat-tanuḥ |
sarvaiśvaryamayī satya-vijñānānanda-rūpiṇī
||2.1.246||

English translation

It is also confirmed in the Vaiṣṇava-tantra:
“The form of the Lord is without the eighteen great faults, is endowed with all powers and is the very essence of existence, knowledge and bliss.”
