The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.1.156; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथा —
कृताः कृतार्था मुनयो विनोदैः
खल-क्षयेणाखिल-धार्मिकाश् च ।
वपुर्-विमर्देन खलाश् च युद्धे
न कस्य पथ्यं हरिणा व्यधायि ॥२.१.१५५॥yathā —
kṛtāḥ kṛtārthā munayo vinodaiḥ
khala-kṣayeṇākhila-dhārmikāś ca |
vapur-vimardena khalāś ca yuddhe
na kasya pathyaṃ hariṇā vyadhāyi ||2.1.155||

“”हे गवे बेनेfइत् तो थे सगेस् ब्य् थे दिस्प्लय् ओf हिस् qउअलितिएस् मनिfएस्तेद् इन् द्वारका. हे गवे बेनेfइत् तो थे fओल्लोwएर्स् ओf धर्म ब्य् देस्त्रोयिन्ग् थे wइच्केद्. हे गवे सुच्चेस्स् तो थे रस्चल्स् ब्य् किल्लिन्ग् थेम् इन् बत्त्ले. तो wहोम् दिद् कृष्ण नोत् गिवे बेनेfइत्?”
(४२) प्रतापी —
प्रतापी पौरुषोद्भूत-शत्रु-तापि प्रसिद्धि-भाक् ॥२.१.१५६॥“”He gave benefit to the sages by the display of His qualities manifested in Dvārakā. He gave benefit to the followers of dharma by destroying the wicked. He gave success to the rascals by killing them in battle. To whom did Kṛṣṇa not give benefit?”

pratāpī pauruṣodbhūta-śatru-tāpi prasiddhi-bhāk ||2.1.156||
English translation
(42) pratāpī: glorious—
“He who is famous for inflicting pain on the enemy with astonishing valor is called glorious (an effulgent person).”
