The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.1.21; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation:

प्रारब्ध-हरत्वम्, यथा तृतीये (३.३३.६) —
यन्-नाम-धेय-श्रवणानुकीर्तनाद्
यत्-प्रह्वणद् यत्-स्मरणाद् अपि क्वचित् ।
श्वादोऽपि सद्यः सवनाय कल्पते
कुतः पुनस् ते भगवन् नु दर्शनात् ॥१.१.२१॥

prārabdha-haratvam, yathā tṛtīye (3.33.6) —
yan-nāma-dheya-śravaṇānukīrtanād
yat-prahvaṇad yat-smaraṇād api kvacit |
śvādo'pi sadyaḥ savanāya kalpate
kutaḥ punas te bhagavan nu darśanāt
||1.1.21||

English translation

Here is proof of destroying prārabdha reactions from the Third Canto of

Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam [3.33.6]:

“To say nothing of the spiritual advancement of persons who see the Supreme Personality of Godhead face-to-face, even a person born in a family of dog- eaters immediately becomes eligible to perform Vedic sacrifices if he once utters the Holy Name of the Supreme Personality of Godhead or chants about Him, hears about His pastimes, offers Him obeisances or even remembers Him.”
