मनसि स्फुरतु श्रीमान् ममासौ श्यामसुन्दरः ॥

kṛpayā yasya bhaktānāṃ na kiñcit pariśiṣyate |
manasi sphuratu śrīmān mamāsau śyāmasundaraḥ ||

Commentary:

Here the ornaments of sound are sourced in Agni Purāṇa and in Viśvanātha Kavirāja’s Sāhitya-darpaṇa, whereas the ornaments of meaning are sourced in Ruyyaka’s Alaṅkāra-sarvasva, in Viśvanātha’s Sāhitya-darpaṇa, and in Jayadeva’s Candrāloka. Since these ornaments are not in Kāvya-prakāśa, Kavikarṇapūra does not acknowledge them.
