न सेशे॒ यस्य॒ रम्ब॑तेऽन्त॒रा स॒क्थ्या॒३॒॑ कपृ॑त् । सेदी॑शे॒ यस्य॑ रोम॒शं नि॑षे॒दुषो॑ वि॒जृम्भ॑ते॒ विश्व॑स्मा॒दिन्द्र॒ उत्त॑रः ॥
न सेशे यस्य रम्बतेऽन्तरा सक्थ्या कपृत् । सेदीशे यस्य रोमशं निषेदुषो विजृम्भते विश्वस्मादिन्द्र उत्तरः ॥
na seśe yasya rambate 'ntarā sakthyā kapṛt | sed īśe yasya romaśaṃ niṣeduṣo vijṛmbhate viśvasmād indra uttaraḥ ||

English translation:

“The man who is impotent begets not progeny, but he who is endowed with vigour; Indra is above all(the world).”
