Rig Veda 9.11.8

इन्द्रा॑य सोम॒ पात॑वे॒ मदा॑य॒ परि॑ षिच्यसे । म॒न॒श्चिन्मन॑स॒स्पति॑: ॥
इन्द्राय सोम पातवे मदाय परि षिच्यसे । मनश्चिन्मनसस्पतिः ॥
indrāya soma pātave madāya pari ṣicyase | manaścin manasas patiḥ ||

English translation:

Soma, who are cognizant of the mind, lord of the mind, you are poured forth for Indra to drink for his exhilaration.”
