ऋ॒ज्रावि॑न्द्रो॒त आ द॑दे॒ हरी॒ ऋक्ष॑स्य सू॒नवि॑ । आ॒श्व॒मे॒धस्य॒ रोहि॑ता ॥
ऋज्राविन्द्रोत आ ददे हरी ऋक्षस्य सूनवि । आश्वमेधस्य रोहिता ॥
ṛjrāv indrota ā dade harī ṛkṣasya sūnavi | āśvamedhasya rohitā ||

English translation:

“I receive two straight-going steeds from Indrota, two from the son of Ṛkṣa, two from the son ofAśvamedha.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Indrota: these princes with their respective fathers are the six mentioned in the previous ṛca. Thesons of Ṛkṣa and Aśvamedha had originally commenced the sacriice, but Indrota and his father Atithigva cameto see it and added their gifts. The sons are mentioned; the son is the father's second self, pitr. putrayorabhedāt
