Rig Veda 3.44.4

ज॒ज्ञा॒नो हरि॑तो॒ वृषा॒ विश्व॒मा भा॑ति रोच॒नम् । हर्य॑श्वो॒ हरि॑तं धत्त॒ आयु॑ध॒मा वज्रं॑ बा॒ह्वोर्हरि॑म् ॥
जज्ञानो हरितो वृषा विश्वमा भाति रोचनम् । हर्यश्वो हरितं धत्त आयुधमा वज्रं बाह्वोर्हरिम् ॥
jajñāno harito vṛṣā viśvam ā bhāti rocanam | haryaśvo haritaṃ dhatta āyudham ā vajram bāhvor harim ||

English translation:

“The azure-coloured showerer (of benefits), illumes, as soon as born, the whole luminous region; the lord of the tawny steeds holds in his hands the yellow weapon, the destroying thunderbolt.”
