Rig Veda 3.29.13

अजी॑जनन्न॒मृतं॒ मर्त्या॑सोऽस्रे॒माणं॑ त॒रणिं॑ वी॒ळुज॑म्भम् । दश॒ स्वसा॑रो अ॒ग्रुव॑: समी॒चीः पुमां॑सं जा॒तम॒भि सं र॑भन्ते ॥
अजीजनन्नमृतं मर्त्यासोऽस्रेमाणं तरणिं वीळुजम्भम् । दश स्वसारो अग्रुवः समीचीः पुमांसं जातमभि सं रभन्ते ॥
ajījanann amṛtam martyāso 'sremāṇaṃ taraṇiṃ vīḻujambham | daśa svasāro agruvaḥ samīcīḥ pumāṃsaṃ jātam abhi saṃ rabhante ||

English translation:

“Mortals have begotten the immortals, the undecaying (Agni), the devourer of oblations, the conveyance (by which they cross over sin), the ten sister fingers intertwined proclaim him born as if it was a male (infant).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Proclaim him born: when the priests and assistants behold the flame break forth, they clap their hands and make sounds of rejoicing, like the parents of a new-born son
