Rig Veda 2.33.10

अर्ह॑न्बिभर्षि॒ साय॑कानि॒ धन्वार्ह॑न्नि॒ष्कं य॑ज॒तं वि॒श्वरू॑पम् । अर्ह॑न्नि॒दं द॑यसे॒ विश्व॒मभ्वं॒ न वा ओजी॑यो रुद्र॒ त्वद॑स्ति ॥
अर्हन्बिभर्षि सायकानि धन्वार्हन्निष्कं यजतं विश्वरूपम् । अर्हन्निदं दयसे विश्वमभ्वं न वा ओजीयो रुद्र त्वदस्ति ॥
arhan bibharṣi sāyakāni dhanvārhan niṣkaṃ yajataṃ viśvarūpam | arhann idaṃ dayase viśvam abhvaṃ na vā ojīyo rudra tvad asti ||

English translation:

“Worthy (of reverence), you bear arrows and a bow; worthy (of praise), you wear an adorable and omniform necklace; worthy (of adoration), you preseve all this vast universe; there is no one more powerful than you.”
