पूर्वे॒ अर्धे॒ रज॑सो अ॒प्त्यस्य॒ गवां॒ जनि॑त्र्यकृत॒ प्र के॒तुम् । व्यु॑ प्रथते वित॒रं वरी॑य॒ ओभा पृ॒णन्ती॑ पि॒त्रोरु॒पस्था॑ ॥
पूर्वे अर्धे रजसो अप्त्यस्य गवां जनित्र्यकृत प्र केतुम् । व्यु प्रथते वितरं वरीय ओभा पृणन्ती पित्रोरुपस्था ॥
pūrve ardhe rajaso aptyasya gavāṃ janitry akṛta pra ketum | vy u prathate vitaraṃ varīya obhā pṛṇantī pitror upasthā ||

English translation:

“Born in the eastern quarter of the spacious firmament, she displays a banner of rays of light. plural ced on the lap of both parents (heaven and earth), filling them (with radiance), she enjoys vast and wide-spread renown.”
