शु॒नम॒न्धाय॒ भर॑मह्वय॒त्सा वृ॒कीर॑श्विना वृषणा॒ नरेति॑ । जा॒रः क॒नीन॑ इव चक्षदा॒न ऋ॒ज्राश्व॑: श॒तमेकं॑ च मे॒षान् ॥
शुनमन्धाय भरमह्वयत्सा वृकीरश्विना वृषणा नरेति । जारः कनीन इव चक्षदान ऋज्राश्वः शतमेकं च मेषान् ॥
śunam andhāya bharam ahvayat sā vṛkīr aśvinā vṛṣaṇā nareti | jāraḥ kanīna iva cakṣadāna ṛjrāśvaḥ śatam ekaṃ ca meṣān ||
English translation:
“(Desiring) that the enjoyment (arising from the perfection) of the senses (should be restored to the blind), the she-wolf invoked you, (saying), "Aśvins, showerers (of benefits), leaders (of sacrifices), Ṛjrāśva, (lavish) as a youthful gallant, (has given me) a hundred and one sheep, cutting them into fragments".”
