एषा विचित्राभिहिता सुरापानस्य निष्कृतिः ।
अत ऊर्ध्वं प्रवक्ष्यामि सुवर्णस्तेयनिष्कृतिम् ॥ ९८ ॥

eṣā vicitrābhihitā surāpānasya niṣkṛtiḥ |
ata ūrdhvaṃ pravakṣyāmi suvarṇasteyaniṣkṛtim || 98 ||

Thus have been described the various expiations for wine-drinking; after this I am going to expound the expiation for the theft of gold.—(98)
