सद्यः पतति मांसेन लाक्षया लवणेन च ।
त्र्यहेण शूद्रो भवति ब्राह्मणः क्षीरविक्रयात् ॥ ९२ ॥sadyaḥ patati māṃsena lākṣayā lavaṇena ca |
tryaheṇa śūdro bhavati brāhmaṇaḥ kṣīravikrayāt || 92 ||By selling meat, lac and salt, the Brāhmaṇa becomes an outcast at once; and by selling milk the Brāhmaṇa becomes a Śūdra in three days.—(92)
