सर्वो दण्डजितो लोको दुर्लभो हि शुचिर्नरः ।
दण्डस्य हि भयात्सर्वं जगद्भोगाय कल्पते ॥ २२ ॥

sarvo daṇḍajito loko durlabho hi śucirnaraḥ |
daṇḍasya hi bhayātsarvaṃ jagadbhogāya kalpate || 22 ||
