The Garga-samhita Verse 6.21.31, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 21 (In the Description of the Third Fort, the Glories of Pindaraka-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

शृण्वन्ति तत्रैव कलौ जल-ध्वनिं
कृश्णोक्षम् इत्थं सततं दिने दिने
भवेद् अविद्यो यदि वा स-विद्यो
यो ब्राह्मणो वै स तु मामकी तनुः
śṛṇvanti tatraiva kalau jala-dhvaniṃ
kṛśṇokṣam itthaṃ satataṃ dine dine
bhaved avidyo yadi vā sa-vidyo
yo brāhmaṇo vai sa tu māmakī tanuḥ
śṛṇvanti—hear; tatra—there; eva—indeed; kalau—in the Kali-yuga; jala- dhvanim—the sound of water; kṛśṇokṣam—spoken by Lord Kṛṣṇa; ittham—thus; satatam—always; dine dine—day after day; bhavet—may be; avidyaḥ—ignorant; yadi—if; vā—or; sa-vidyaḥ—knowledgable; yaḥ—one who; brāhmaṇaḥ—a brāhmaṇa; vai—indeed; sa—he; tu—indeed; māmakī—My; tanuḥ—body.
English translation of verse 6.21.31:
In the Kali-yuga if a person, either unlettered or a learned brāhmaṇa, hears Lord Kṛṣṇa's voice in the sound of the Dvārakā ocean's waves, then Lord Kṛṣṇa Himself declares, "That person represents Me."
