The Garga-samhita Verse 6.18.39, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. क्व प्रेम्णा चात्र बाहुभ्यां
कर्षणं च परस्परम्
पुनः पुनस् तद्-ग्रहणं
भुजे चन्दन-चर्चितम्

kva premṇā cātra bāhubhyāṃ
karṣaṇaṃ ca parasparam
punaḥ punas tad-grahaṇaṃ
bhuje candana-carcitam

kva—where?; premṇā—with love; ca—and; atra—here; bāhubhyām—with both arms; karṣaṇam—pulling; ca—and; parasparam—each other; punaḥ—again; punaḥ—and again; tad-grahaṇam—grabbing; bhuje—the arms; candana-carcitam—anointed with sandal.

English translation of verse 6.18.39:

Where is His affectionate tugging with both arms? Where is His again and again holding the arm anointed with sandal paste?
