The Garga-samhita Verse 5.21.5, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 21 (The Story of Shri Narada) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

श्री-राधोवाच
कथं जलत्वम् अपन्नो
देहो ऽयं वै महा-मुनेः
एतन् मे संशयं देव
छेत्तुम् अर्हस्य् अशेषतः

śrī-rādhovāca
kathaṃ jalatvam apanno
deho 'yaṃ vai mahā-muneḥ
etan me saṃśayaṃ deva
chettum arhasy aśeṣataḥ

śrī-rādhā uvāca—Śrī Rādhā said; katham—why; jalatvam—water; apannaḥ—attained; dehaḥbody; ayaṃthis; vai—indeed; mahā-muneḥ—of the great sage; etan—this; me—of Me; saṃśayam—doubt; devaO Lord; chettum—to cut; arhasi—You are able; aśeṣataḥ—completely.

English translation of verse 5.21.5:

Śrī Rādhā said: Why did this great sage's body become a stream? O Lord, only You can cut apart the bewilderment I feel about this.
