The Garga-samhita Verse 5.9.43, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 9 (The Happiness of the Yadus) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

श्री-भगवान् उवाच
त्वम् अर्य-वृद्धो धृतिमान्
अहं तव पुरः शिशुः
सन्तो नः स्वात्मनः श्लाघ्यं
कुर्वन्ति हि महा-मते

śrī-bhagavān uvāca
tvam arya-vṛddho dhṛtimān
ahaṃ tava puraḥ śiśuḥ
santo naḥ svātmanaḥ ślāghyaṃ
kurvanti hi mahā-mate

śrī-bhagavān uvāca—the Supreme Personality of Godhead said; tvam—you; arya-vṛddhaḥO the elder leader of the saintly; dhṛtimānthoughtful; aham—I; tava—of you; puraḥ—in the presence; śiśuḥ—a child; santaḥ—the devotees; na—not; svātmanaḥ—of the self; ślāghyam—praised; kurvanti—do; hi—indeed; mahā-mate—O noble-hearted one.

English translation of verse 5.9.43:

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: You are a thoughtful and respected elder, and I am only a boy standing before you. O noble-hearted one, even the great saints cannot praise you enough.
