tamaḥ-prakrtir durmarsi rajaḥ-prakrtir ānatiḥ
क्रियाक्रिया क्र्तिर् ग्लानिः
kriyākriyā krtir glāniḥ
सात्त्विक्य् आढ्यात्मिकि व्र्सा
sāttviky āḍhyātmiki vrsā
