The Garga-samhita Verse 4.16.2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 16 (The Sri Yamuna Armor) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-चौरभिर् उवाच यमुनायाच् च कवचम् सर्व-रक्सकरम् न्र्नाम् चतुस्-पदार्थ-दम् साक्साच् छ्र्नु राजन् महा-मते

śrī-caurabhir uvāca yamunāyāc ca kavacam sarva-raksakaram nrnām catus-padārtha-dam sāksāc chrnu rājan mahā-mate

śrī-caurabhir uvāca—Srī Saurabhi said; yamunāyāc—of the Yamunā; ca—and; kavacam—kavaca; sarva-raksakaram—protecting from all; nrnām—of people; catus-padārtha-dam—granting the four goals opf life; sāksāc—directly; crnu—please hear; rājanO king; mahā-mate—noble-hearted.

English translation of verse 4.16.2:

Srī saurabhi said: O noble-hearted king, please hear the Yamunā-kavaca, which protects one from all dangers and brings to one the four goals of life.
