The Garga-samhita Verse 2.1.15, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. वैकुण्ठान् नापरो लोको
न भूतो न भविष्यति
एकं वृन्दावनं नाम
वैकुण्ठाच् च परात् परम्

vaikuṇṭhān nāparo loko
na bhūto na bhaviṣyati
ekaṃ vṛndāvanaṃ nāma
vaikuṇṭhāc ca parāt param

vaikuṇṭhāt—than Vaikuṇṭha; na—not; aparaḥbetter; lokaḥplanet; na—not; bhūtaḥwas; na—not; bhaviṣyati—will be; ekam—one; vṛndāvanam—Vṛndāvana; nāmanamed; vaikuṇṭhāt—than Vaikuṇṭha; ca—and; parāt—than the greatest; param—greater.

English translation of verse 2.1.15:

No place is better than Vaikuṇṭha. There never was such a place, nor will there ever be. Still, better than Vaikuṇṭha is the place named Vṛndāvana. . .
