अहं किम् उ वदिष्यामि
तेषां भाग्यं महोदयम्
येषाम् आरोहम् आस्थाय
बाल-केलिर् बभौ हरिः
ahaṃ kim u vadiṣyāmi
teṣāṃ bhāgyaṃ mahodayam
yeṣām āroham āsthāya
bāla-kelir babhau hariḥ
aham—I; kim u—how?; vadiṣyāmi—will describe; teṣām—of them; bhāgyam—the good fortune; mahā-udayam—great; yeṣām—of whom; āroham—the exalted position; āsthāya—accepting; bāla—childhood; keliḥ—pastimes; babhau—manifested; hariḥ—Lord Hari.
English translation of verse 1.18.12:
How can I describe their good fortune? As He manifested His childhood pastimes, Lord Hari treated them with great respect.
